Installation

Here is some up-front information to help you understand the installation process and basic pricing.

Time Line

Once we have designed a system to fit your needs, we will schedule the installation. Most work can be accomplished in one to two days. At the time of scheduling, we will make you aware of additional time needed if your system requires more. As you plan an installation date, please allow enough time between the install and the systems debut.

For full days we start at 8 AM and as a courtesy to our customers we will not work in your home past 6 PM.

A majority of our universal remote control programming is done off-site, when we supply all the components to the new system. We are happy to incorporate older pieces of equipment that are of value to you, but we will need the model numbers, remotes and owners manuals for each piece before we can begin work. Their programming will be done on-site and may dramatically increase the programming time. Once the system is installed, we will spend time to walk through the features of your new remote and answer any questions you might have. We will then schedule a follow-up appointment to review any additional questions that may arise two weeks from installation.

Flat Panel Mounting

Flat Panel TV mounting is only $299. This includes the labor to mount the TV to a standard framed wall, and connect one DVD player and one cable or satellite set-top-box. Cables and mount are extra. Concealing cables in the wall will need to be estimated separately. When scheduling please allow for a minimum of three hours.

Basic Programming

Basic universal remote control programming is $250 for the first three components: television, DVD player and a cable or satellite set-top-box. A $90 programming fee for each component thereafter. This basic programming also includes four standard "Activities": Watch TV, Watch DVD, Watch Media Center and Listen to Music. These "Activities" allow you to initiate your entire system by pressing one button. Additional "Activities" may be extra. Again, most of this programming is done off-site, but please allow time for us to adjust settings in your home.

À la carte Pricing

Connecting a system is priced at $90 per component, i.e. television, DVD, receiver, set-top-box, etc. This connection includes basic sound and video calibration. Advanced sound and video calibration is extra. For equipment we do not supply, all manuals and remotes are required before work can begin.

Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting your equipment is $65 per hour with a One Hour Minimum. All manuals and remotes are required before work can begin.

Estimate verbiage states. "Prices and availability may change without notice. Installation is contingent on product availability and scheduling. Please allow a minimum of two weeks from Estimate's approval date to start work. All product manuals and remotes are required before any work, i.e. troubleshooting or installation can begin. Estimate includes a one-year warranty on installation. Unless otherwise written, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty information for parts and service. Invoice verbiage states. "All products are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise specified in writing. Please refer to the Owner’s Manual and other included literature for terms, conditions and limitations. Remote programming is the intellectual property of TitanAVS, LLC and is being licensed to customer for use. No copying or altering of programming is allowed other than by TitanAVS, LLC. TitanAVS, LLC warranties only the work performed by TitanAVS, LLC and its employees for 1 year following installation. Neglect, tampering, and/or abuse of installed products will void any and all warranties covered by TitanAVS, LLC. Extended warranties may be purchased up to two weeks after completion of work.
